Lund Nano Lab (LNL) constitutes the basis for all experimental activities within the Nanometer Structure Consortium (nmC@LU) and for a number of other groups using the laboratories. Fabrication of well-defined materials together with advanced processing is absolutely crucial for a leading nanoscience environment - both for fundamental physics and for applications. In addition to his lab management duties, Peter provides expert know-how in metal-organic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD) that includes:

• design and calibration of MOCVD systems.
• arsenides and phosphides including ternaries and quaternaries.
• antimonides and the 6.1 Å family of materials.
• GaN and related materials.
• development of semiconductor heterostructures for electronics and photonics.

Peter also teaches a graduate course in Nanomaterials and Nanoanalysis.

Peter is currently Manager of Lund Nano Lab. He previously held managerial positions at Nippon EMC America, ADC Sweden, Altitun AB, and Acreo AB.
